By using our services or engaging in any business with Arcelyon Holding, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all IT and digital services provided by Arcelyon Holding, including:

  • Website development and design

  • Software development

  • Hosting and maintenance services

  • Digital marketing solutions

  • IT consulting and related technical services


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are considered valid under the following conditions:

  • The service provided was not delivered as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

  • The project has not yet started, and a written cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of payment.

  • The delay or issue was caused by Arcelyon Holding’s internal fault and not by client-side delays, lack of communication, or third-party dependencies.

Partial refunds may be issued for services that are in progress but not fully delivered, at the discretion of Arcelyon Holding’s management.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The client fails to provide necessary information, access, or approvals on time.

  • Work has already begun or the project has been substantially completed.

  • The client changes their mind after approval of project stages or deliverables.

  • Delays caused by third-party service providers, software integrations, or hosting issues.

  • Digital marketing campaigns, domain purchases, SSL certificates, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable.


5. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:

  1. The client must submit a written refund request to contact@arcelyonholding.com with supporting details and the reason for the request.

  2. Arcelyon Holding will review the request within 7–10 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that transaction fees, taxes, or processing costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request to cancel a project or ongoing service by contacting our support team. Cancellations will be reviewed based on project stage and resource allocation. Any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.


7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement regarding refunds or service quality, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication before seeking legal action.


8. Changes to This Policy
